TREASURER’S OFFICE STAFF & DUTIES:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Lis Michael has been with the Treasurer’s Office since 1995. She began processing District payroll and has since moved to handling the district’s four self-insured insurance programs, workers compensation, and IRS Section 125 Plan. She also backs up payroll when necessary. The District maintains Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision insurance plans which are self-funded. There is also District provided and optional group life insurance plans available as well as an IRS Section 125 Plan benefit program. Last year the District insured more than 350 employees in one or more of these programs and operated a self-funded insurance fund that processed more than $5.3 in claims and fees.

PURCHASING, FOOD SERVICE RECEIPTS, & FIXED ASSETS
 Ginny Steward has been with the Treasurer’s Office since 1980. She currently handles receipt of all food service operation monies, prepares purchase orders, and tracks District fixed assets. Last year there were more than 2,700 purchase orders issued, over $315,500 receipts in the cafeteria, and the current value of District fixed assets total more than $20.6 million.

BUDGET AND GRANT PROGRAMS
 Anita Alloway has been with the Treasurer’s Office since 1986. She currently has duties including posting all receipts, assists in monitoring the budgets and federal programs, and other administrative duties. Last year the districts budget was more than $39.5, including $3.2 in state and federal grant funds.

PAYROLL & ANNUITIIES
Lisa Moss has been with the Treasurer’s Office since 2007. Lisa had previously worked for TS Tech North America in Columbus processing payroll for more than four corporate operations including over 3,000 employees. Her current duties are processing the District bi-weekly payroll which includes all state, federal, and local tax filings, withholdings for tax sheltered annuities, and reporting. Last year the District processed more than 12,700 payroll checks with a payroll that exceeded $17.6.
