April 9: 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. EAST Elementary
April 9: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. WEST Elementary
April 11: 8:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. MORRISON-GORDON Elementary
April 11: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. CHAUNCEY Elementary
April 13: 9:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. THE PLAINS Elementary
Please bring your child and your child's:
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Proof of Residency (i.e. a Utility Bill showing "service at" a physical address, a Property Tax
Bill, a Mortgage Bill, a Lease Agreement, etc.—proof must show a physical address, not a P.O. Box)
Custody Papers (if applicable)
Plan on being at the school for 45 minutes — 1.5 hours
You must arrive at least 45 minutes before the end of the session
For East, West, Morrison-Gordon and Chauncey, come in at the following times according to LAST NAME:
A — H:1st hour, I — P: 2nd hour, Q — Z: 3rd hour
For The Plains, come in at the following times according to LAST NAME:
A — F:1st hour, G — L:2nd hour, M — R: 3rd hour, S — Z: 4th hour
